ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I'm a seasoned (old ;) Consulting Director, it's all I have ever done. During my career, I have had the greatest of experiences traveling the world and consulting to major businesses and governments, working for EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Atos, T-Systems, Pepsi, Coke, Toyota and many, many others.
Since 2016 I've been super-focused on Silicon Valley organizations, figuring out how they work, how they transform and can scale so unbelievably well. I always felt that the books we were taught to read in studying our MBAs, were outdated and based on old thinking.
This is why I moved to the heart of Silicon Valley and have crushed the old enterprise business model with a much smarter way to do business.
